Booking Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to tours operated by DiscoverEase Tours Limited Company and booked directly with us, including through our Bókun booking system. Please read the tour description and booking confirmation alongside these terms.

1. Booking and payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Check your tour date, start time, participant details and contact information before completing your booking. The tour description and booking confirmation explain what is included and any additional costs.

2. Cancellations by you

You may cancel for a full refund if we receive your cancellation request at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the start time are not eligible for a refund under our standard cancellation policy.

The deadline is calculated using the local time at the tour’s location. For our Thailand tours, this is Thailand time (UTC+7). Send direct-booking cancellation requests by email or WhatsApp using the details below and include your booking reference.

3. No-shows and meeting instructions

No refund is provided in the event of a no-show. Please follow the meeting point and arrival instructions in your booking confirmation and tour messages.

If you expect to be delayed or cannot find the meeting point, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that the tour will be able to wait.

4. Date changes

Request a date change at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time. A new date must be agreed with us and is subject to availability.

In extenuating circumstances, we may consider a date-change request made with less than 24 hours’ notice. Contact us to explain the circumstances; an exception is not guaranteed.

5. Cancellations by DiscoverEase Tours

If DiscoverEase Tours cancels your tour, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for that tour.

6. Bookings through other platforms and operators

If you book through GetYourGuide, Viator or another booking platform, follow the cancellation, refund and change terms shown for your booking on that platform. Submit requests through the platform where you booked.

Our website also links to worldwide experiences provided by other operators. Those experiences are governed by the relevant operator’s and booking platform’s terms. The direct-booking policy above does not replace the terms for those experiences.

When contacting us about a booking, include your booking reference, tour name and scheduled date. Cancellation deadlines are based on when we receive your request, not when we reply.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
