We receive email addresses and telephone numbers supplied for tour bookings and enquiries. Information you send in an email or WhatsApp message may also include your name, booking reference, tour date and questions about your booking.

Bookings made through Bókun are handled through its booking system. The information requested is shown in the booking form. Please provide the details needed to process your booking and contact you about your tour. Without the required information, we may be unable to confirm or arrange your booking.

3. How we use information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, arrange and manage your booking, send tour instructions or updates, and communicate with you before and during your tour.

Where applicable, this processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a booking and to provide the tour you have booked. If we request consent for another purpose, we will explain that purpose when asking for it.

4. Booking and communication services

Our website uses Bókun for direct bookings and includes GetYourGuide links and tour widgets. Information you provide to those services is handled through their systems. If you book an experience with another operator, the booking platform and that operator handle your booking under their own policies.

We use your contact details to communicate about your tour, including through email and WhatsApp. These service providers may process information outside Thailand. Their processing, storage and retention arrangements are described in their privacy information.

5. How long we keep contact details

Our retention rule for customer email addresses and telephone numbers used for tour arrangements is to keep them only until the tour has been completed, then delete them from the records we control.

This rule does not determine how long a booking platform or communication provider keeps information in its own systems. Please consult the relevant provider’s policy or contact it about information held by that provider.

6. Cookies and embedded services

Booking tools and embedded tour services may use cookies or similar technologies to operate their services and process technical information about your browser or device. Please review the privacy and cookie information displayed by the provider when using those tools.

You can manage cookies in your browser and use any cookie choices offered by a service. Blocking cookies may affect the booking tools.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on the law that applies and the circumstances, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of your personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, or request data portability.
